When does the lease end?

The term ends on 30 June 2031, unless ended earlier under clause 12.

11.4 The Tenant shall keep the Premises insured against the risks listed in Schedule 3.
12.1 The term of this Lease begins on 1 July 2021 and ends on 30 June 2031, unless it is ended earlier under clause 12.3. Either party may end this Lease by giving not less than six months' notice in writing.
12.2 To renew this Lease, the Tenant must give the Landlord written notice no later than 31 December 2030. The renewed term shall be agreed in writing.

Reticenda does not write answers. It finds them in your documents and shows you where they are, so you can read the page before you rely on it.

02 Six things you do with a case
From the first page to the handover.
- Open
Create a case, choose your profession so the app speaks your vocabulary, and set the PIN that protects the vault.
- Add
Scan paper with the built-in scanner, import PDFs and images, or share files in from another app. Duplicates are recognised.
- Read
Read the original page beside the text taken from it, and search inside any document.
- Organise
File documents by type, date, parties and tags, keep notes beside them, and archive what is finished.
- Ask
Ask questions across a case and get the passage and page, or an honest statement that the answer is not there.
- Prove
Make a Seal that records what the app did, export redacted documents, and keep an encrypted backup.
03 Private by construction
Private because it cannot connect, not because we promise.
On Android, Reticenda does not hold the internet permission. The operating system itself refuses it a network connection, and the app shows you the permissions it holds, read from Android rather than from a list we wrote.

07 Questions
Before you ask.
Does the AI write answers?
No. Reticenda finds passages in your documents and shows them with the page they came from. It does not generate text, and when the answer is not in your documents it tells you.
Can you read my documents, or recover them for me?
No. We never receive them, and we have no technical means to open your vault. That is also why nobody can recover it if you forget your PIN.
What happens if I forget my PIN?
The vault cannot be opened again, by you or by anyone. This is the cost of a design that keeps it private, so keep an encrypted backup and your original documents.
Your documents stay yours. Their answers come with the page.
